Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and notify management of stock needs.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we are looking for trainable candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
