Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using PMS systems
- Maintain pristine guest room standards and public areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and events
- Adhere to safety protocols and brand standards consistently
- Support daily inventory management and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (if food service role)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
