Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain pristine room standards and public area cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Support special events and seasonal demand surges
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (for F&B roles)
- Basic computer proficiency
