Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying registration information and collecting payments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage room reservations and update the property management system (PMS) accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and front desk area.
- Process laundry and valet requests as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
