Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Restock amenities and supplies to meet guest needs and maintain inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless operations during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but we welcome enthusiastic new candidates.
