Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping departments
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities during peak periods
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
