Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, concierge)
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness and facility upkeep
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with event setup and guest services for on-site conferences and weddings
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for shuttle driving duties
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued
