Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Uphold cleanliness standards in public areas and guest facilities
- Operate reservation systems and maintain guest records
- Support daily operations including luggage handling and valet services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
