Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during check-in, check-out, and throughout shifts
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records for reservations and billing systems
- Collaborate with security, maintenance, and food service teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
- Support event operations and guest activities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license if driving required for position
