Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Room Attendant: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle inquiries, manage reservations, and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and assist with special requests.
- Security & Safety: Monitor premises to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
