Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk or in common areas.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Assist guests with any special requests or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
