Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration procedures are followed accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries via chat or text promptly.
- Security: Monitor the lobby and premises during the night shift to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Key Management: Handle key cards and room access assignments securely.
- Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns or emergencies that may arise during the night shift with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning checks of the front desk area and lobby to maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we train the right candidates!
- Skills: Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
