Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, ensuring a memorable first impression and seamless check-in process.
- Handle front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key management using hotel software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and public restrooms to the highest standards.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities are in pristine condition.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and processing payments.
- Monitor security cameras and access controls to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required (we provide comprehensive training).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward guest needs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
