Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Assist in coordinating room service orders and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Perform cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and making change.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
