Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and lobby spaces to high standards.
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to guest inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including making beds, dusting, and restocking amenities.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following all safety protocols and policies.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) when necessary.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
