Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance duties in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with front desk operations including reservations, inquiries, and problem resolution
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Complete daily payroll documentation for immediate payment processing
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer literacy for front desk operations
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Oakland location
