Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with front desk and housekeeping teams to streamline operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Reliable transportation is required.
