Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, housekeeping, or food service stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain clean, sanitized guest rooms and common areas
- Prepare and serve food/beverages with attention to quality standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
