Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Handle front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails promptly.
- Assist with daily housekeeping tasks and maintain stock levels of amenities.
- Process payments accurately and assist with reservation inquiries.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
