Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or property management software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
