Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly and checking them in/out efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including room inspections and ensuring high standards of hygiene.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process credit card payments securely.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Support special events and group reservations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is an asset.
- Must be professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
