Responsibilities
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival with a smile.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage the front desk switchboard professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, and services.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
