Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet luxury standards.
- Processing payments accurately and managing cash registers or digital point-of-sale systems.
- Assisting in special events and conferences as required to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not mandatory for this immediate hire.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
