Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the property meets high standards.
- Assist in housekeeping duties, including making beds, dusting, and restocking amenities.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the front office team to coordinate room assignments and special requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use hotel management software.
