Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival to ensure a welcoming first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures while accurately processing payments and maintaining guest records.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and hallways.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving guest issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience.
- Perform basic cleaning duties and restock amenities as needed to meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
