Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and handle inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests and property assets at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to meet operational goals.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and urgency.
- Perform light maintenance tasks and restock amenities as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel management software or POS systems is a plus.
- Background check and drug screen required.
