Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the hotel lobby.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
- Process payments and manage cash drawers accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
