- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve guest issues and requests.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily reports.
- Uphold strict standards of hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
