Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently using the property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance daily reports.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
