Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and room service requests efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support housekeeping duties, including room preparation and amenities restocking.
- Perform laundry and uniform care duties as assigned to ensure a pristine environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
