Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist housekeeping staff by delivering amenities, restocking supplies, and ensuring guest rooms are tidy.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to resolve any guest issues or special requests.
- Monitor the security cameras and front entrance to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the hotel's point-of-sale system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
