- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to every guest upon arrival.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and providing directions.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Room Preparation: Ensure the lobby and common areas are pristine and welcoming at all times.
- Luggage Assistance: Help guests with their luggage and provide local recommendations.
- Payment Processing: Accurately process payments and handle financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude over history.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Personality: A positive, outgoing, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
