Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying identity and processing payments securely.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, corridors, and public areas to meet our high aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest operations.
- Handle luggage and transportation arrangements for guests as required.
- Monitor the security and safety of the property, reporting any irregularities immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- No prior hospitality experience required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over past history.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy for processing payments and checking in guests.
