Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions about local attractions and services.
- Operational Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and front desk areas.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and managing events, conferences, and banquets as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is not required; we train all new hires.
- Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks.
