Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Operate hotel management systems and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as directed.
- Support event staff during conferences, weddings, and banquets to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while adhering to the company's dress code.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Previous hospitality experience is not required—we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
