Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily workflows and high standards of cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by resolving complaints efficiently and exceeding expectations.
- Manage inventory, payroll, and operational budgets effectively to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Train new staff members on company policies, service standards, and POS systems.
- Handle cash handling and transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate daily shift schedules and assign tasks to team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality management certificate is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
