Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle all incoming phone calls and emails with courtesy and accuracy.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to financial policies.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 20 lbs).
- Must possess a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
