Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel's property management system (PMS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
