Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and address any inquiries or special requests promptly.
- Shift Management: Manage front desk operations effectively during assigned shifts, ensuring accurate records and smooth transitions.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, handle reservations, and maintain the front desk area to a pristine standard.
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm, professional manner, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays (Shift Work).
