Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for arriving and departing guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform nightly security rounds and monitor surveillance cameras for building safety.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for the next day.
- Process payments and manage the front desk in the absence of supervisors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency with standard computer software and property management systems.
- Reliable transportation is required.
