Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel systems
- Process payments and resolve billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications using booking platforms
- Uphold brand standards while delivering personalized guest service
- Operate switchboard and manage multi-line phone systems
- Assist with basic concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Marriott systems a plus)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Indiana hospitality certification (if applicable)
