Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping schedules and ensuring all rooms meet our luxury quality standards.
- Operate hotel management software to update guest profiles, process payments, and manage reservations.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of all guests and property.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hotel Management is a plus.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
