Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Support special events and hotel functions as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
