Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain a pristine and organized environment in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Assist guests with requests, providing information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate hotel management software or POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
