Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our on-site restaurant.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing reservations and handling incoming calls.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.
