Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and guest rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and meet our premium standards.
- Monitor the lobby and safety/security protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems.
- A valid driver's license is considered a plus.
