Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and restrooms.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including changing linens and restocking amenities in guest rooms.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Must possess a friendly and approachable personality.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
