Responsibilities
- Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and answer inquiries.
- Maintenance: Report maintenance issues to the engineering team promptly.
- Reception: Handle phone calls, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Safety: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and fire regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required for entry-level).
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude over history.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills are a plus.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
