Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests in all interactions
- Perform front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with housekeeping and room preparation tasks
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate reservation systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
