Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- Assist with front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage housekeeping staff and ensure room standards are met
- Coordinate with maintenance team for facility upkeep
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with event setup and banquet services
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred for errands)
